I'm a global Employee Experience and People Strategy leader with extensive experience designing and delivering people strategies across complex, multi-country corporate environments.


Most recently I led a 21-person globally dispersed Employee Experience team at 3M, covering Brand & Communications, Learning & Development, Retention & Engagement, and Change Management.


I founded Cronin Consulting to bring this work directly to organisations who are ready to close the gap between people strategy and human impact.
